About the Festival
Since 2022, we have been organizing “Bu Festival Bizim,” an alternative music and technology gathering in Istanbul, emphasizing the values of “equality, inclusivity, and togetherness.” The first edition took place at Bomontiada for three days in November 2022, while the second one spanned across various venues in Istanbul for ten days in November 2023, in collaboration with the metropolitan municipality. Hosting numerous speeches, workshops, stand-up shows, and concerts in both editions, the festival has become a significant platform in the music industry.

Bu Festival Bizim 2023
Taking place at various venues in Istanbul, including Museum Gazhane, İTÜ MIAM, Metrohan, Cemal Reşit Rey, Istanbul Kitapçısı Kadıköy, and Yedikule Gazhanesi between November 1st and 10th, the festival showcased contemporary artists, with a special focus on Gaye Su Akyol, Zuhal Olcay, Eda Baba, and Duygu Soylu, among others — influential female figures in the music scene.

Featuring performances by Melike Şahin, Kalben, Güneş Özgeç, Simge Pınar, and many other female musicians, the festival was held at Yapı Kredi Bomontiada on November 4th, 5th, and 6th.
