About the Festival

“Bu Festival Bizim” is a music festival that redefines the concept of festivals in Turkey with its boundary-free and timeless approach. Launched in 2022 at Yapı Kredi bomontiada and later expanding to various venues across Istanbul such as Volkswagen Arena and Müze Gazhane, the festival has evolved over the years from a mere event into a movement. As of 2025, with a shift in its format, it has transformed into a curatorial campaign.

Bu Festival Bizim 2024

Held between November 1–8 under the theme “The Rhythm of Joy,” Bu Festival Bizim offered a rich program filled with inspiring talks, workshops, and concerts that captured the rhythm of music and culture. Kicking off at Volkswagen Arena on November 1, the festival hosted Marina Satti’s first-ever concert in Turkey, preceded by performances from Nova Norda and Selut. On November 3 at Salon İKSV, audiences enjoyed performances by Dilay Dal, Sera Savaş, Maya Perest, Melisa Karakurt, and Kardelen. The closing event took place on November 8 with a concert by Selin Baycan at Postane. While vibrant talks and workshops were held at Hope Alkazar, this year also marked the introduction of a Memory Tour as part of the festival for the very first time.
