Career Camp

Th Grow Local, Grow Equal Project, launched with the support of the UNESCO International Fund for Cultural Diversity, hosted the Career Camp, a talent development program designed to support musicians and music professionals in the early stages of their careers. The Career Camp provided participants with inspiration and practical tools for building sustainable careers. Contributors who shared their industry experience included Ahmet Kenan Biliç, Hakan Tamar, Hatice Arıcı, Işıl Kılkış, Emir Sıvacı, Duygu Mühürdar and Esra Ece Kuleci. In addition, special sessions were held with representatives from brands such as Spotify.
