Artist Programs

Kreşendo offers trainings and specialised programs that support the development of artists. ‘My City, My Voice,’ a programme designed to empower early-career women musicians, is one of Kreşendo’s long-term artist development initiatives supported by the British Council between 2022 and 2024.

The Grow Local, Grow Equal project, launched with the support of UNESCO’s International Fund for Cultural Diversity, hosted the Career Camp, a talent development programme created to support early-career musicians and music professionals. The Career Camp equipped participants with inspiration and practical tools to build sustainable careers in the music sector.
