- [Career Camp](https://kresendobiz.com/language/en/artist-programs/career-camp/): Th Grow Local, Grow Equal Project, launched with the support of the UNESCO International Fund for Cultural Diversity, hosted the Career Camp, a talent development program designed to support musicians and music professionals in the early stages of their careers. The Career Camp provided participants with inspiration and practical tools for building sustainable careers. Contributors who shared their industry experience included Ahmet Kenan Biliç, Hakan Tamar, Hatice Arıcı, Işıl Kılkış, Emir Sıvacı, Duygu Mühürdar and Esra Ece Kuleci. In addition, special sessions were held with representatives from brands such as Spotify.

- [My City, My Voice III](https://kresendobiz.com/language/en/my-city-my-voice/my-city-my-voice-iii/): The third edition of My City, My Voice, held in 2024, featured participants from the Balkans and Ankara. Throughout the program, they received training in music production, soundscapes, and music publishing, and took part in regular feedback sessions. Using the skills gained, participants transformed recordings from sound walks in their cities into original musical compositions. - [My City, My Voice II](https://kresendobiz.com/language/en/my-city-my-voice/my-city-my-voice-ii/): The second edition of My City, My Voice, created in collaboration with Saffron Records from the UK, aimed to highlight cultural diversity among artists in Turkey. Fifteen participants were selected, with Diyarbakır, Gaziantep, and İzmir as central locations.
